Great gym for all abilities. Beginners can be inspired and experienced gym goers have everything they need. Popular for HIIT training classes and crossfit too.Friendly staff and very flexible payment plans. Been looking for a gym in the north east where I can get back in to training and get back to where I was. Found it.
Best gym experience ever. The atmosphere and all round general feel is brilliant. The coaches are the best around by far and will always go above and beyond to help you in any way they can, may this be with training or nutrition. The equipment is fantastic, is very varied and is always having new pieces added. I've been with this facility for over 4years now and not only has it made training fun again but it has had such a positive impact on my physical and mental health. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
One of the most diverse Fitness facilities in County Durham that caters for any fitness type or ability. Having trained in many gyms in the past, this is without a doubt the best, it offers a very much back to basic, old school feel that the industry has been crying out for but brought up to date with modern and high quality equipment.
