Absolutely disgusting service I know its good Friday but 3 hour wait is disgraceful for 3 fish and chips. Friend ordered at 5:30 was expected by 6:30 wich is fine but called at around 7 and was told it was on the way. Called again at 8 and was told the same then just called again at 8:50 and was told that she was plating up the order now. Disgraceful. Now 9:20 and still have not received order. Ended up cancelling not much of an apology or anything. Not happy.
Simply the best. By far. Fish n chips consistently fantastic. Nice pizzas and they sell alcohol so what more is needed out of life.
Order taken almost immediately (haddock and chips). Waited about 15 minutes before the fish went into the fryer. When the fish was done, I had to wait another 10 minutes to be served. Shop wasn't busy, only 6 customers. Other customers commented on the lengthy wait.I used to visit a fish shop in South Shields. At this time of day, 12:30 pm, the queue was out of the shop and standing on the pavement. I still didn't have to wait as long as at this shop.
